Department of Psychology's

Psychology Events

The Department of Psychology is pleased to invite you to take part in our learning environment via various events over the year.

Frontiers in Psychological Science Colloquium Series

The Frontiers in Psychological Science Colloquium Series features researchers from the University of Denver, the region, and around the world who present cutting edge scholarship from psychology and related fields (e.g., neuroscience, medicine, business, social work). Each of these research talks is followed by discussion. Talks in this series are open to all DU students (undergraduate, graduate), faculty, staff, and community members.

Because the Department of Psychology is committed to the integration of research, teaching, and inclusive excellence, Frontiers Series speakers are asked to touch on links between these areas. For example, speakers may highlight ways that they teach about their research; touch on key research findings or methodological issues as they relate to inclusive excellence; and/or comment on the critical steps in their own education and training that made doing this research possible.
