Graduate Opportunities

We currently have two graduate students working under Dr. Julia Dmitrieva. If you are interested in applying for Fall 2014, please visit the Psychology website for more information.

Undergraduate Opportunities

We are interested in hiring enthusiastic, dedicated, and interested undergraduate Research Assistants (for credit, work-study, or volunteer) to help lab projects run smoothly. If you are interested, please email Emma for more information and an application.

The position will likely involve training, lab organization, data training and entry, occasional lab meetings, planning, and scheduling. It may include interviews off-campus (which includes interviews, a computer task, and DNA collection). We usually ask for a commitment of 5-10 hours per week and at least two quarters of work.  This is a great opportunity to build your research experience!

Participation in Research

Girls in Transition Project: We are currently interviewing females ages 12-20 who are or have been involved with the juvenile justices system in order to learn more about their lives, behavior, and the people and support around them. We are incredibly thankful for those who have volunteered to participate.

Transition to College Study: This study examines the transition from high school into college. More information can be found here
