Conflicts of Commitment & Interest Disclosure

Annually, employees who are deans, directors, and/or officers at the University of Denver are required to complete a questionnaire regarding conflicts of commitment and interest.  The board-approved policy and the questionnaire are available for download on this page.

Conflicts of Commitment & Interest Disclosure form 

While deans, directors, and officers are asked to complete a questionnaire for this purpose annually, all employees are obligated to meet the requirements of the board-approved policy.  The policy requires an employee to report specified information to their supervisor in any instance where a conflict of commitment or interest may be perceived.  The policy also stipulates the obligations of employees who receive such information.
