The Insights Discovery Personal Profile is a comprehensive next generation psychometric that uses a simple four color model to understand an individual’s unique preferences, and is believed to the most accurate and reliable work style assessment available. After completing the evaluation, each participant will receive a 20+ page report which identifies strengths and possible areas for development.
