Faculty/Staff 6 Week Fitness Challenge
This free 6 week fitness challenge is a great way to light a fire and launch your new goals for 2018! The program is being exclusively offered to DU faculty & staff and is designed for everyone, no matter where you are on your fitness journey! All participants will have access to pre & post challenge measurements (optional), 2 free 45 minutes weekly classes with a combo of cardio and strength training, and a nutrition seminar with the professional fitness staff at the Coors Fitness Center. No membership required. Register via the Wellness Training Tab on Pioneer Web. Sign up with Coors for body assessments during the week of January 15th. Worth 800 portal points if you attend at least 8 sessions!
There are 3 Groups (You may only pick 1 and stick with that group for the entirety of the program)
Crimson - 11:30 am - 12:15pm
Gold - 12:30pm - 1:15pm
Pioneer - 4pm - 4:45pm
All classes take place on Mondays and Thursdays.
