Location: Studio D: Coors Fitness Center (gym membership not needed)

Registration is not necessary. Please bring a mat and water bottle. Limited mats will be provided. You can award points on the wellmetrics portal for your attendance in this class. You do not need to be Coors Fitness Center member to attend. Simply let front desk know you are there for staff yoga.
