Inclusive Excellence Fellows

The Inclusive Excellence Fellows Program provides students pursuing a Masters in Higher Education with an experiential learning opportunity designed to strengthen their academic and professional expertise in the area of diversity, equity, and Inclusive Excellence.

IE Fellows work in departments across the University, providing direct support to efforts to promote and implement Inclusive Excellence tenants and practice within their offices. Currently, IE Fellows are working in the Center for Advocacy, Prevention, and Empowerment (CAPE), Natural Sciences and Mathematics (NSM), the Center for Judaic Studies, Colorado Women's College, and the Center for Multicultural Excellence.

In addition, Daniels College of Business also offers an IE Fellow position to a Master's student in Business.

The IE Fellows is a collaborative program between the Center for Multicultural Excellence, the Morgridge College of Education, the Office of Graduate Studies, and various departments on campus for Masters students.
