What to do at Commencement

Arrive at the Ritchie Center no later than an hour before the commencement ceremony is scheduled to begin. Look for the sign bearing the name of your degree and join the line forming beneath it. You'll be given a card with your name and degree. You'll hand this to the person who will read your name as you walk across the stage to receive your diploma cover. We'll send your graduation photo proofs to your email address within one week of Commencement.

There won't be a place to store any large bags or personal items, so leave those at home.

Make sure to check this site after you graduate for photos and videos from the ceremonies!

Look for your diploma in the mail (unless you're a doctoral recipient). Verify your mailing address on PioneerWeb, and click the "Student" tab to ensure you have no past-due tickets, payments, exit interviews or other obligations. We'll send your diploma within seven to eight weeks of the ceremony, barring any holds.
