Past Event: C+V Community Talk: Making Your Best Choices: Decision Making Amidst Constant Change

During these times, Community + Values recognizes that everyone feels tired. Each day brings more change and therefore more decisions. We have to think about whether to go in person to work, whether to go to the store, whether to send our kids to school and sports, whether to get elective medical procedures, which mask we need to wear into which venue, whether to hug family, whether to save or spend – it feels like everything is on the table and nothing is on auto pilot or easy. Decisions feel bigger now.

With this in mind, our C+V Community Talk will create an authentic space where we can talk about decision fatigue and how everything feels new, ever changing, and simply really hard in these times. We will discuss how to process these feelings, manage these tough decisions and make the best ones, and incorporate strategies to help lessen anxiety around decisions and change.
