The DU Community
CWC is an active member of the DU community. Our staff and faculty are deeply engaged in various initiatives and activities that support women-identified people, advance equity and contribute to the daily function of the University, as well as its dreams for the future.
Celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2020, HerDU is an annual women’s conference hosted by the University of Denver. This all-day conference serves as an important resource for people at DU who identify as women (staff, faculty and students). The event provides tools, community and inspiration to all who attend.
Serving as an umbrella organization for all seven DU women’s groups, the Women’s Coalition promotes information sharing among groups to further the status of women on the DU campus.
Our annual Diversity Summit is an opportunity to explore issues of diversity, equity and inclusion in society broadly and to examine and reflect upon our own campus climate and culture.
Community + Values
Through the Community + Values initiative, DU is exploring what it means to be an academic community. We are creating and participating in collective experiences, and striving to understand how best to evolve our culture and systems and re-examine our values.
Human Resources & Inclusive Community
DU's Department of Human Resources is dedicated to fostering a community of inclusive excellence through leadership and service.
