Developing the Self
Empowering individuals to lead change creates value not only in their lives, but also in our communities and our world. Building on CWC’s 130-year legacy of transforming educational systems on behalf of women, we continue and expand our endeavors through programming that inspires action among all communities of scholars at the University of Denver.
Today
We deliver a cohort-based leadership minor for women-identified DU undergraduates who are primarily first-generation college students, come from underrepresented communities or both. This is the CWC Women's Leadership Scholars program.

Tomorrow
We are working to expand the CWC Leadership Scholars program’s efforts by growing to 20 students per class, 80 in total. Additionally, we will tap into other areas where people who identify as women continue to face roadblocks, primarily entrepreneurship, computer science and engineering.
