Associate Dean of Programs and Partnerships
What I do
At CWC, I’m primarily responsible for building things. Most days I find myself working with our Design Team to develop smart, engaging curricula that shift-perspectives and inspire creative ways to interrogate and challenge the status quo. Other days, I facilitate our marketing and communication efforts so that we can reach partners and participants – change agents who live an equitable world into being every day. What motivates me in my work at CWC is the revolutionary potential of chipping away at existing structures and imagining a new normal.
I earned my PhD in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Colorado, Boulder; my MA in Latin American Studies from UT Austin (hook ‘em horns!); and my BA in Politics from the University of San Francisco. I have 15+ years of non-profit and higher education experience in teaching, advising, curriculum design, and program administration. Within CWC I’m a thought partner, fire-hose wrangler, and idea-to-action weaver.
