Event Media Request

COVID-19 Protocols in Place at DU

As the challenges presented by COVID-19 continue to change rapidly, the University of Denver’s top priority remains the health, safety, and well-being of our community. In accordance with the Chancellor’s announcements, and COVID-19 protocols in place at DU, the department of Digital Media Services is dedicated to helping prevent the spread of coronavirus by adhering and implementing new event protocols and restrictions. In addition, all events will now need to be approved and reviewed by the Event Advisory Committee. 

The Event Advisory Committee has rolled out an event page on the COVID-19 portion of our University of Denver website that highlights all the steps required before an event is approved: https://www.du.edu/coronavirus/campus-life/coronavirus-campus-events

With the University's new approval process for in-person events, Digital Media Services Event Support is currently taking submissions, but events will not be confirmed until approved through the Campus Event Protocol process listed in this link: https://www.du.edu/news/covid-19-update-campus-event-protocols?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=email&utm_content=event%20protocols&utm_campaign=thebridge

This form is intended for use by DU Affiliated Faculty, Staff, and Students to request media at a university event. If you are not a DU affiliate, please contact Conference and Event Services for assistance. If you have problems submitting the form, please email instead. 

For A/V Requests that are off campus, please fill out the Off Campus Event Media Request Form.
