Application Instructions

PROGRAM DATES AND Fees

The following tuition and fees are for 1 quarter (9 weeks) of study:

Tuition = $3,804
DU Health Services Fee = $200
DU Technology Fee = $48
ELC Activity Fee (RTD Train/Bus Pass) = $43
ELC Program Fee = $30
TOTAL = $4,125

Required Application Documents

All students are required to submit the following to complete an application:

  1. A copy of the passport name page
  2. A letter of financial guarantee showing sufficient funds
  3. A $75 non-refundable application fee paid with a credit card or PayPal
  4. A completed application with all required documents

Transfer students are also required to submit:

  1. Copy of U.S. visa
  2. Copy of latest transcripts
  3. Cope of I-20 from current school

Applications are complete when all required documents have been submitted and the application fee is paid.

After an application is complete, it will be processed within one week.

After a student is accepted to the ELC, we will create an I-20 Certificate of Eligibility. After the I-20 is ready, we will email instructions on how to setup shipment through eShipGlobal. Students are responsible for shipping expenses and may choose UPS, FedEx, or DHL to ship their I-20 and acceptance documents.

 

 

Under 18 Policy

Please refer to our Under 18 Policy if you will be under 18 at the start of orientation. The following items are required for international students under 18:

  • A University of Denver Health and Counseling Parental Consent Form signed by a parent or legal guardian. This form can be uploaded to your application.
  • Satisfactory demonstration of one of the following:
    • Student Sponsorship: The student is sponsored by a reputable agency, representative, or company that has an adult over the age of twenty-five (25) living within the United States who will serve as a 24/7 resource for the student and can travel to Denver on short notice.
    • Family or Friend: The student has a family member or close family friend over the age of twenty-five (25) who lives in the U.S. and is willing and able to serve as a 24/7 resource for the student and can travel to Denver on short notice.
