PROGRAM DATES AND Fees

We are accepting applications for our Summer and Fall Quarters.

Summer 2018: June 12 - August 16

Fall 2018: September 4 - November 8

Contact us if you want to apply to a different quarter.

TUITION AND FEES PER QUARTER

Tuition = $3,804
DU Health Services Fee = $200
DU Technology Fee = $48
ELC Activity Fee (RTD Train/Bus Pass) = $43
ELC Program Fee = $30
TOTAL = $4,125

Required Documents

A completed application includes:

  1. A completed application form
  2. A $75 non-refundable application fee (paid by credit card, check, or wire transfer)
  3. A copy of the passport name page
  4. An original letter of financial guarantee showing sufficient funds (letters may be submitted in electronic form)

Transfer students will also need to submit:

  1. Copy of I-20 from current school
  2. Copy of U.S. visa
  3. Copy of latest transcripts

Applications are complete when all required documents have been submitted.

After an application is complete, it will be processed within one week.

After a student is accepted to the ELC, we will create an I-20 Certificate of Eligibility. After the I-20 is ready, we will email instructions on how to setup shipment through eShipGlobal. Students are responsible for shipping expenses and may choose UPS, FedEx, or DHL to ship their acceptance packet.

 

 

Under 18 Policy

Please refer to our Under 18 Policy if you will be under 18 or younger at the start of orientation. The following items are required for international students under 18:

  • A University of Denver Health and Counseling Parental Consent Form signed by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Satisfactory demonstration of one of the following:
    • Student Sponsorship: The student is sponsored by a reputable agency, representative, or company that has an adult over the age of twenty-five (25) living within the United States who will serve as a 24/7 resource for the student and can travel to Denver on short notice.
    • Family or Friends: The student has a family member or close family friend over the age of twenty-five (25) who lives in the U.S. and is willing and able to serve as a 24/7 resource for the student and can travel to Denver on short notice.
