EXE-0012 – Public Safety Leadership Development - Feb 2023 Start (EXE-0012_FEB2023)


Participants will gain insight into their personal style, capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses and in turn understand their team’s capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses. Emphasis will be placed on developing leaders and understanding team dynamics. The program, developed in partnership with Colorado Public Safety offices combines world-class speakers with personal assessments, leadership exercises, analytical assignments, and challenging activities to provide a life-changing experience.

PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE:

• Increased visibility into areas of personal strength and insight into potential areas for growth
• Tools to develop and maintain stronger peer relationships and information to help with current challenges
• Education to improve team organizational performance
• Exposure to best practices in a variety of subject matter areas to assist in dealing with business and operational situations

Session 1: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - February 6-8, 2023 (offsite at The Nature Place)
Session 2: Tuesday February 21, 2023 (online 8:30 – noon)
Session 3: Tuesday February 28, 2023 (online 8:30 – noon)
Session 4: Tuesday March 14, 2023 (DU Campus 8:30 am – 4:30 pm)
