Rob has worked in the medical device industry for over 28 years beginning with production support, process improvement, process development, followed by a move to product design. He graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1990. Rob has supported products ranging from temperature monitors, custom perfusion kits, autologous blood processing systems, infusion pumps, electrosurgical devices, ambulation products, hazardous drug handling devices, parenteral nutrition compounding, and IV and oral medication dosing for companies including Medtronic and Baxter, and through his own LLC. He currently works in medical disposable device design in new product development with a strong focus on molded plastic part design. Rob’s latest assignment in Innovation and
Development at Terumo BCT involves blood component handing products. Rob is married and has two adult daughters. He enjoys biking, camping, home improvement, science fiction, volunteer work, and all things mechanical including tinkering with his Chevy Corvairs.

Craig graduated from DU in 1984 with a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics, Magna Cum Laude. He's worked for a number of employers throughout the years including Denver Research Institute (Chemistry Division), Sigma Design Inc, Contel Federal Systems, SSDS Inc, and the National Center for Atmospheric Research. He currently works for TerumoBCT, an organization working together with their customers to make safer, higher-quality transfusions available to more people. TerumoBCT brings even more treatment options to patients through advanced blood therapies. In his current role, he works with embedded software for patient-connected therapeutic apheresis diveces.
