Sturm College of Law invites Attorneys and students working and interested in Trusts, Estates, and Elder Law.

"Cultural Diversity in Elder Law As Elder Law attorneys, our clients’ cultural and religious backgrounds often impact our representation when it comes to issues such as death and dying, caring for elderly or incapacitated family members and even estate planning practices. Our panel presenters will discuss different cultural and religious practices and how they impact the elder law attorney’s representation of clients from diverse backgrounds and populations. The first hour, from 5:30-6:30 will be a networking reception and the second hour from 6:30-7:30 will be the CLE portion.
