Frank H. Ricketson Law Bldg, Room 190
Colorado is facing a housing crisis. Rent and home prices have steadily increased over the past several decades, and ballooned in recent years, while wages have largely remained stagnant. What’s causing this crisis? What are possible solutions? What can lawyers do to help? Come find out from a panel of attorneys and advocates working to solve the housing crisis in our state.
The panel will feature attorneys and advocates who are using city programs, federal government tax credits, and other innovative solutions to increase access to housing in our state. This panel will focus not only on solutions that currently exist, but solutions that our panelists believe should be enacted.
Join the Land Use Law Society and enjoy lunch, and learn how attorneys can be an integral part of the solution!
