Adrian Ingram

Adrian joined the University of Denver in November 2011. She is a member of the Regional Development team with a focus on the West Coast and remote regions. Prior to joining the University of Denver, Adrian was a Major Gifts Officer at the Denver Rescue Mission, the oldest organization providing food, clothing and shelter for the homeless in the Western United States. Before returning to the United States, Adrian travelled and worked overseas extensively including Peru, Indonesia, India, Brazil, Italy, England and more. Adrian is a 2010 graduate of Leadership Denver and Institute for Leaders in Development, a year-long institute for development professionals in Colorado's nonprofit organizations.

Adrian attended the Colorado College with a full merit scholarship from the El Pomar Foundation and graduated with a BA in Public Policy and international non-profit administration in 2004. Upon graduation Adrian worked in Brazil for a nonprofit providing the favelas (ghettos) of Brazil with basic necessities like clean water, literacy education and job training. In 2006 she competed with thousands of international applicants to receive one of 60 Rotary International Foundation Fellowships. The fellowship fully funded a two-year Master's Degree scholarship at the University of Bradford in England in International Politics and Security Studies.

Currently, Adrian is pursuing her doctorate in Higher Education from the Morgridge College of Education at the University of Denver. She and her husband Willie recently had their first child, Willis Jr.
