Kellyn Smith

Kellyn Smith joined the University of Denver in 2010. She works with donors to accomplish their philanthropic goals and make an impact on a broad range of programs across campus.

Prior to joining DU, Kellyn served on the development team at Denver Botanic Gardens for six years building their corporate partnership program. She grew up in Colorado Springs and attended the Colorado Springs Conservatory. She received her bachelor's degree in music from The University of Colorado Boulder and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Leadership and Organizations at DU. In 2010, Kellyn completed the Institute for Leaders in Development, a year-long program for development professionals in Colorado's nonprofit organizations. In addition, she completed the Emerging Leaders Program in 2014 at the Daniels College of Business. Kellyn has volunteered with the Dumb Friends League and as a member of the CSO chorus with the Colorado Symphony.

She lives with her husband, two children and their labradoodle in the DU neighborhood.
