Manage your SHIP Plan

UnitedHealthcare Student Resources provides a secure online portal that allows you to manage your DU SHIP plan. You can check the status of your claims, review EOBs, print your ID card, locate a network provider, and more. Registration is easy and free.

Create Your UnitedHealthcare Student Resources Account

Creating your account is quick and easy — all you need is your DU email address. Just follow these steps.

Go to uchsr.com/du
In the upper right-hand corner, click "Login to My Account"
In the lower left-hand corner, click "Create Account"

Please note that plastic ID cards will not be mailed to you until you create an account, verify your mailing address, and request one.

If you are unable to create your account, call 866-648-8472 to speak with a UnitedHealthcare Student Resources customer service representative. They are available weekdays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mountain Time.
