  Thrive Moments of Mindfulness Challenge banner THRIVE MOMENTS OF MINDFULNESS CHALLENGE (MAY)

The Thrive Moments of Mindfulness Challenge is a month-long challenge in May for all DU students that emphasizes positive mental health and self-care while studying/working from home. There will be virtual de-stress events occurring Week 6 through Week 9 of Spring quarter, starting May 5. Thrive has partnered with other DU student organizations to bring a variety of content so that there is something for everyone! In-person events have been canceled due to COVID-19. However, Health Promotion will be providing information and ways for students and community members to engage remotely with events like Sexual Assault Awareness Month, Mental Health Awareness Week, and Spring Stress Relief.
