Employee Networking Groups

Human Resources and Inclusive Community is empowering employees to break down silos and collaborate to build community and support each other across divisions through DU XNets.

DU XNets are voluntary, employee-led networking groups that will bring together employees from across divisions based on their shared job roles and responsibilities. 

The focus of these gatherings will be to address common challenges, share resources, provide support, and network to build community. 

HRIC will be sponsoring DU XNets meetings for staff populations that meet different role or responsibility criteria throughout 2019. If you are interesting in trying it out, utilize the links below to register. The first groups we will be hosting are:

  • Staff members who primarily support and/or serve faculty in their roles at DU (Kick-off held, email if you'd like to be added to the Office365 group to network in the future)
  • Staff members who work in student recruitment roles
  • Staff members who schedule spaces and/or maintain space resources for their department or division (Coming Soon...)

As opportunities are identified, specialized experiences and personalized professional development will be provide by HRIC to support this community.
