Leadership Academy

The Leadership Academy is a professional development program for staff and faculty with an emphasis on developing the leader from within. This six-month program consists of powerful educational and inspirational sessions (a half-day commitment every three weeks) comprised of learning modules, discussions, and practical applications of leadership principles with an emphasis on self-awareness.

FISH OUT OF WATER STORYTELLING EVENT

The Leadership Academy (Cohort-2) organizes and puts on the Fish Out of Water storytelling event each year and once again did an exceptional job. Students, staff, and faculty come together for this special evening of storytelling about when people felt like a "fish out of water" in their life. Amazing! See for yourself:
