This workshop introduces participants to the core principles and practices of NVC\, which emphasize empathy\, compassion\, and honest self-expression. Through interactive exercises and discussions\, attendees will learn how to:</p><ul><li>Observe situations without judgment</li><li>Identify and express feelings and needs clearly</li><li>Make requests that increase the likelihood of getting needs met</li><li>Listen empathetically to others\, even in challenging situations</li></ul><p>By mastering these skills\, participants will be better equipped to handle conflicts\, build stronger relationships\, and create more harmonious environments in both personal and professional settings.
