Financial Aid in Offered Status
If this item is required, you have at least one type of financial aid that you have not yet accepted or declined. In order to receive any type of aid—including scholarships—you must first accept it.
To accept or decline your aid:
- Go to the Student tab of PioneerWeb.
- Click on "Accept/Decline Financial Aid" in the Financial Aid Information box.
- Go to the Terms and Conditions tab and click "Accept" after reading through that page (if you haven't already done this).
- Go to the Accept Award Offer tab and choose "Accept" or "Decline" from the drop-down box next to each award. If you wish to only accept a partial amount of a loan, choose "Accept" and enter the amount of the loan you wish to borrow in the box to the right.
- Click on "Submit Decision."
If you accepted a loan, there may be additional requirements to complete. Return to the Student tab and review the "Financial Aid Requirements" box. Items with a red flag require additional steps.
