Students, faculty and staff at the University of Denver are eligible to receive the following accounts:
Once a new student's deposit has been received by the University, email addresses will be created. An email will be sent to the personal email address of the new student with information regarding their new DU email credentials. The University of Denver is pleased to offer student email inboxes through Office 365, more information, including setup instructions, can be found here.
Once a new benefited employee's paperwork has been processed by Human Resources, Exchange mailboxes and email addresses will be created. An email will be sent to the personal email address of the new employee with information regarding their new DU email credentials. Email accounts for non-benefited employees are not created automatically. Supervisors can request an email account for a non-benefited employee by submitting a request through the support portal at support.du.edu, or by contacting the IT Help Center at (303) 871-4700.
Active members of the DU community (students, faculty, and staff) will have a Canvas account automatically created. For more information on gaining access to your Canvas account, please visit the D.U. Canvas pages at http:/canvas.du.edu
Internet Access is available for all students both via ethernet and wireless on campus. For more information on gaining access to the Internet, please visit go.du.edu/network
Banner Accounts are automatically created upon hire date for benefitted employees based on HR Position information. If the HR Position doesn't have approved Banner access or a non-benefited employee requires Banner access, please submit requests through your department budget officer.
