I grew up in Granbury, Texas and graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor's of Art in English and Political Science. During my time at TCU, I studied abroad in both Budapest, Hungary and Sevilla, Spain. I also had the incredible opportunity to work closely with an international nonprofit, Fort Worth Sister Cities, on student exchanges, international delegations, and global leadership programs. These experiences inspired me to pursue a graduate degree in international relations. After graduation I would like to begin a career in the private sector.

I chose the Josef Korbel School because it was the best fit for me. The School's proximity to the mountains was definitely a plus, but its main appeal was the flexibility and depth of the graduate programs. At the Korbel School, I have had the opportunity to switch programs and customize my degree for my future career goals. Beyond its flexibility, the School offers a welcoming community of professors, students, and staff. There is an unlimited amount of support to be found, and I immediately felt at home.
