Joshua Coakley


Joshua Coakley is a MA candidate in Human Rights with a certificate in Humanitarian Assistance at the Josef Korbel School of International Studies. His career goals include researching and advising on the social, economic, and political factors of humanitarian crisis with a particular interest in Palestinian rights.

Before attending Korbel, Joshua worked as an Outreach Coordinator, connecting students with the homeless and low income communities of Tulsa, OK. He decided to study Human Rights after living three months in the Shatila Palestinian Refugee Camp in Beirut, Lebanon.

Joshua completed his undergraduate work at Oral Roberts University with a B.A. in Biblical Literature.
