IRBNet - Electronic Submission System

DU's Electronic Submission System for IBC Protocol Applications

All research projects that will utilize recombinant or synthetic nucleic acid molecules, biological materials (e.g., infectious agents) and other potentially hazardous agents (e.g., carcinogens) must be submitted to the DU IBC for review and approval. All IBC applications must be submitted online through the IRBNet system. In order to access this system, all end users must register at: www.irbnet.org. Protocols submitted in hard copy or to an IBC staff member's email will not be reviewed.
