Event Parking

Getting Started

Parking Services has implemented the "Ungerboeck Scheduler" to assist you with scheduling parking for your special event.  Before requesting Special Event Parking here is some helpful information you should know about the process.

Parking Quotes

A Parking Services Special Event Coordinator is available to assist with all of your parking requests and will provide you with a parking quote for your event.  All quotes are based on your initial request.  Following your event, your parking usage will be reconciled and customers will only be charged for the actual vehicle spaces used on the day of the event.

Parking Options

There are 2 types of parking you may request:

  1. PDF Permits - A half day permit (less than 4 hours) is $6 per permit, a full day permit (4 or more hours) is $8 per permit.
  2. Attendant Parking - Provided by a Parking Services Special Event Coordinator or third party vendor.  Rates may vary

PDF Permits

A PDF Permit allows access to Gated Lots and is the recommended permit for any event where you expect more than 10 attendees. Guests can be emailed their permit and print them from home.  Upon arrival, the guest will scan the bar code of the printed permit and then display the permit on their dashboard.

If you are an authorized University of Denver requester you may pay for parking with your Departmental budget number.  If you are not an authorized DU requester you may submit a Credit Card with your request.  Your card will be charged immediately following the reconciliation of your event by Parking Services.

Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover

An additional late fee of $25 will be issued for all event requests not received within 2 business days of the actual event date.  If you have any questions please contact the Parking Services Event Parking Coordinators.
