Parking Permits

How to Purchase a Permit

  • All parking permits are available for online purchasing.
  • Online permit purchases may also be made in person at the Parking Services office.
  • DU Faculty, Staff, and Students are required create an online T2 Systems parking account using their DU ID and PioneerWeb password.
  • All other customers must create a DU Parking and Mobility Guest Account to purchase permits online.
  • Creating more than one account will delay Parking Services ability to process your purchase.
  • If you need assistance with the online purchasing process please contact the Parking Services office.
  • Successfully login in to your DU Parking and Mobility account
    • From the Parking Services home page select Purchase Online
    • From the hosted Manage Parking Account page select DU Account login or Guest login
    • DU Account users may choose from the provided list of permits you have been authorized for.
    • Complete all purchasing steps including payment until you receive a receipt.
  • If you do not receive a receipt for your online purchase, you did not complete the process correctly.
  • Using the browser back button during online purchases will terminate the transaction.
  • Early purchased permits for the upcoming school year will be mailed out one month before the permit becomes active.
  • Permits purchased online will be mailed within 3-5 business days of purchase. Please contact the Parking Services office if you need a temporary parking permit in the interim.
  • Early permits purchased online and not received through the established USPS mailing process will not available for pick up from the Parking Services office until October of the purchased academic year.
