Visitor Cards

***Please note, visitor cards will not be available from December 24th-December 31st, 2021.***

Visitor cards allow campus guests access to academic and community buildings at the University of Denver. Visitor cards may be picked up at the Coors Fitness Center front desk during operating hours—we ask that each household uses just one visitor card. Upon receiving this card, the household/individual must scan the QR code on the back of the card and complete the visitor survey. This survey is vital to contact tracing operations at the University of Denver.

Visitor cards remain active 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM on the designated day printed on the front of the card, as well as the day after. For example, cards with the “Monday” designation are active from 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM on Monday and Tuesday of that week.

When the household/individual is finished using the visitor card, they should be returned to one of the designated drop-off boxes at the end of the day / their visit. Please see the map on the following page for drop-off box locations. Visitors may not keep the card.
