This experiential program will provide you with a renewed sense of purpose, passion and motivation to lead your life as the authentic leader you were destined to be!

You will be introduced to the playing with purpose model, the gremlin and the gremlin release program, a passion assessment, and an opportunity to create and present your purpose statements. This session also includes the book of readings, journaling, solo time, group exercises and a complimentary post-program coaching session.

Students who complete the workshop will meet the following learning objectives:

  • Gain a new self-awareness regarding your ability to lead your life with purpose, passion and integrity.
  • Have greater consistency and alignment between all the different roles you play in your life.
  • Learn how to lead your life as your authentic self.
  • Replace unwanted patterns of your past and re-create new patterns to live and lead by.
  • Create a personalized leadership vision and purpose that will guide you to optimal performance in both your personal and professional worlds.
