Leading From Within is a personal empowerment workshop that will help you lead your life as the authentic leader you were meant to be. Using class concepts, discussions, exercises and self-reflective time, you’ll walk away from this workshop with a renewed sense of purpose, passion, and motivation to lead your life from the inside-out.

Learning Outcomes
Upon completing this course, students will be able to:
  • Gain a new self-awareness regarding your ability to lead your life with purpose, passion, and integrity.
  • Have greater consistency and alignment between all the different roles you play in your life.
  • Learn how to lead your life as your authentic self.
  • Challenge unwanted patterns of your past with new patterns to live and lead by.
  • Create a personal purpose and vision plan to become the leader you were meant to be.
This course offers 8 CE hours
This course is offered in an online, asynchronous format.

Instructors:
Greg Giesen
is a writer, speaker, storyteller, and student of life. He’s been a management trainer/consultant, graduate school professor, conflict mediator, team builder, personal growth coach, executive mentor, college administrator, radio talk show host, and team intervention specialists. He is the award-winning author of Mondays At 3: A Story for Managers Learning to Lead, and just published his second and more personal book, It’s All About Me: Stories and Insights from the Geese. Greg continues to speak across the country on authentic leadership as well as facilitates his personal-empowerment program, Leading From Within. Online Course Format
Access to course content will begin on August 2, 2021. Students can expect to have access to course content in Canvas, University of Denver’s online learning platform, on the aforementioned course start date, and information about accessing Canvas will be sent to students shortly after enrollment. Enrolled students will have until August 31, 2021 to complete course material. Please note this course is NOT self-paced. Content will be due each week.
