LEAD-0113 – Cooking Up Culture (LEAD-0113_3)

In this course, students will explore the culture of food both in Denver and around the world! Each week, you will dive into the history, production, and enjoyment of food through a variety of lectures, activities, and cooking demonstrations. Grow your understanding of where food comes from, how to make it, and of course enjoy trying lots of new dishes! Students will demonstrate their knowledge by developing a menu, cooking a dish and inviting friends and community members for a shared feast.
