If you are looking to change your workout or pick up your pace, try out one of our new Specialty Classes. These small group workouts provide instruction from a personal trainer one or two times per week for a month, and focus on specific skills or fitness goals. The number of participants in each classes is limited.
Summer Shape-Up Series
Change up your workout routine, shock your system and try something different this May! Get your body in its best summer shape with a combination of workouts both in the gym and outdoors. Participants can expect to do something different each class, whether it’s lifting weights, running outside or a combination of high-intensity workouts. This four-week short series will offer pre- and post-series testing to track results and progress and offers both a morning and evening option.
May 9 - June 1: 6-7 a.m., Mondays & Wednesdays
May 10 - June 2: 6-7 p.m., Tuesdays & Thursdays
