Payroll and PioneerTime
Payroll Services within the Shared Services Department manages all of the functions related to payroll including direct deposits, taxes, grant payments and effort certifications, as well as the University's timekeeping and leave reporting management system, PioneerTime.

PioneerTime for Employees
Non-Exempt (Paid Bi-Weekly) Employees
- Submit accurate time records in the PioneerTime system.
- Record time on a daily basis, either using a PioneerTime terminal or the PioneerTime web app. (Start and end time, plus any leave such as vacation and/or sick time.)
- Review your timecard at the end of each week on the PioneerTime web app or on the PioneerTime terminals. Approve timecard at the end of every two-week pay period, either using a PioneerTime terminal or the PioneerTime web app.
