PioneerTime Upgrade

Upgrade Features

For all Employees:

  • Non-Exempt employees will now see their timecard in the same screen as the Record Timestamp button.  This will help employees to monitor their timecards throughout the pay period.
  • During the approvals process, timecards will now change colors so that employees and supervisors can easily tell if they have been approved and by whom.
  • Improved action buttons make approving, printing and saving timecards easier and more intuitive.

For PioneerTime Supervisors:

  • PioneerTime will now run without Java, eliminating the need for constant Java updates and compatibility issues.
  • Improved filtering and grouping options to make it easier to find the timecard you are looking for.
  • Firefox will again be the preferred browser for PioneerTime.

Tool Kits

The PioneerTime Tool Kits have been updated to reflect the update.  These useful documents provide step-by-step instruction on how to use and navigate PioneerTime. They can be accessed in the PioneerTime application on the far right hand corner of the landing page.  They can also be found in PioneerWeb at: Employee Tab > My Resources > PioneerTime Resources.
