The Procurement and Contract Services (PCS) team within the Shared Services Department provides high quality, dependable, and timely procurement and contract review services of vendor agreements for goods and services to the University at the best possible cost.  These services are provided in an effort to protect the University from liability and risk and to ensure DU obtains the best value for our procurement contracts and purchase orders.
