Sustainability means collaborating with the Denver community members in support of their sustainability-related efforts. Check out these opportunities below:

CSA Food Boxes Available

To help meet DU Impact 2025 Farm to Institution Goals, The University of Denver is promoting 3 CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) options in 2017, supported through the DU Center for Sustainability, with weekly delivery on campus or nearby Pearl Street Farmer's Market!

Fruit Share - Ela Family Farms

2) Pick up at DU Center for Sustainability, Tuesdays 3-5pm
Details:
Mid-August - October: CSA DU Faculty/ Staff & Full Fruit share cost- $162
September - October: CSA DU Student & Medium Fruit share cost- $105
Fruit Share members receive approximately 63 pounds of fruit over 11 weeks (8 weeks for
student share) including apple cider in the fall. The last week is a ten-pound bag of apples to
extend local fruit season. The share suits a family of 2-4 people.

Details:
Year Round- weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery
FAMILY BOX: A variety of fruits and vegetables, eggs, bread or tortillas every other week.
Intended for 3-4 people $37 *Double Bucks Discount Available if qualify
BASIC BOX: A variety of fruits and vegetables, eggs, bread or tortillas every other week.
Intended for 1-2 people $20 *Double Bucks Discount Available if qualify
BOX DONATION: $20 directly funds a food box for residents of Elyria-Swansea and Globeville

Details:
We grow over 100 different varieties of vegetables and your weekly box includes some of the following: sweet corn, heirloom tomatoes, salad greens, edamame, kale, green beans, heirloom dry beans, rainbow beets, rainbow carrots and much more!
**Returning CSA Members receive farm credit discount!
