Employee Onsite Flu Shot Clinics

Who:
All DU Employees and their spouses/partners may receive a flu shot on campus. Cigna Members will receive a flu shot at no cost as preventative care. Non-Cigna Members, will require a $20 cash cost. Please bring cash, as cards will not be accepted. Please register online using the link or QR code below for a time slot and to fill out the electronic consent form below. Walk-ins are also available onsite with paper consent forms. Following your flu shot, you may go online to review your flu shot confirmation.

Registration:
Please register online using the link or QR code below for a time slot and to fill out the electronic consent form. You will be able to review an electronic confirmation that a flu shot was given within the site following your flu shot. Walk-ins are also available with paper consent forms.
