2007-2008 Season Announced

University of Denver Department of Theatre Proudly presents our upcoming season!

Othello by William Shakespeare will play November 1,2, 3, 4, 9, and 10at 8PM and November 10 and 11at 2PM.

The Talking Bird, book and Lyrics by Tom Isbell, music by Louis Dunoyer de Segonzac. This joint production with the Lamont School of Music will play January 24, 25, 26, February 1 and 2 at 7pm and January 26 and February 2, 3 at 2pm.

Also in the winter will be an evening of three one acts with two written by senior theatre Majors. We will be doing Paul Ketchum's Rag, Kevin St. John's Travelers and Eugene Ionesco's The Bald Soprano. These shows will play February 27,28,29, March 1 at 8pm and March 1 and 2 at 2pm.

The spring show is Melancholy Play by Sarah Rule. It will play May 15, 16, 17, 23, 24 at 8pm and May 24 and 25 at 2pm.

The location of these offerings are on the stage of the divine Elizabeth Ericksen Byron Flexible Theatre - (The Flex!) in the Newman Center for the performing Arts located at 2344 Iliff Ave. That's Iliff Ave at South University Blvd.
