General Information

  • Declare GWST Major in first year
  • 3.5 GPA or higher
  • Meet with DU GWST Director to map schedule and plan your classes!
    MUST Complete Common Core in first three years (including FSEM, ASEM, Foreign Language, Science, Math, and AI/SI Society classes)
  • Complete GWST Theory and Method classes at DU Year 2 or 3
  • Finish GWST or other DU elective classes at Lund in Year 4 to earn B.A. from DU
  • If double majoring, all other major classes must be completed by end of Year 3 (unless Lund transfer classes count; consult with your major advisor)
  • Apply for MS degree at Lund; plan year 5 course of study
  • You will earn two degrees; a B.A. in Gender Studies from DU and a Masters of Social Science from Lund University
