wtc logo

In partnership with World Trade Center Denver, University of Denver's Center for Professional Development offers industry-led programming for entrepreneurs looking to build their business from the ground up. Drawing on the talents of experts in operations, sales, marketing, finance, strategy, and law, courses will lead students through business plan development, financial planning, legal pathways, and brand development to provide a comprehensive look at the essentials of business development.

The Business Development certificate was born from DU's commitment to the public good coupled with WTC's goal to bring prosperity to our local communities, especially by supporting immigrant entrepreneurs transferring skills from their home counties. Drawing on University College's values of honoring the individual, working together, and pursuing excellence, the program seeks to bring community members together to network, share experiences, and gain the confidence to build their businesses here in Colorado.
