New Access to Banner

What do I need to do?

  • You MUST have an active job in the Banner System
  • You MUST have a DU email address
  • You MUST complete the Confidentiality Agreement which can be found on the myWeb Employee Tab - DU Employee Additional Online Action Items
  • You MUST complete the New Banner Access Request
  • Additionally, you will need to submit a form for each of the Banner modules that you will need access to view / update. Work with your supervisor to determine the access you will need, fill out the forms, and obtain the necessary signatures - list of Banner modules
  • It is highly recommended that you attend a Banner Navigation Training session.
