Finance Direct Pay Invoices – The first hour of this class will cover the basics of creating a Direct Pay Invoice. The second hour is more advanced concepts, including Travel Advances and Reconciliations. You are welcome to come for the entire class, or just the part of the class that meets your needs. View Banner Finance / Approval Queues – This class is an overview of the Banner Finance forms that can be used to look at your financial information. There are many inquiry screens in the Banner system which give fairly comprehensive budget information. Additionally we will show you how to access similar information over the web. Finance Reduce Encumbrances – This class covers information necessary for reducing encumbrances, as well as some procedures for general finance "clean-up". There will be a brief presentation followed by an open lab, so bring some of your own work along to class.
