Banner training: Navigation

This class is now offered the same week as New Employee Orientation and is highly recommended before an employee gains access to the Banner system. The class covers general Banner concepts, navigation, functions, toolbar buttons, and Banner search techniques. There will be an overview of FERPA (privacy of student information).  For those who will be using Banner Finance forms, the session will cover some information about Fund/Organization/Account/Program hierarchy here at DU.
