The University of Denver has a small modem pool for faculty, staff, and students. A total of 69, 56k modems are available. There are no plans to upgrade the current technology, so if you desire a faster, more reliable connection we recommend you get an outside Internet Service Provider (ISP). In order to connect to the DU network from off campus, you need: an installed modem card or external modem, a phone cord, and access to a phone jack and your DU ID (number beginning with 87) and PIN. To determine your DU ID and PIN, please access the following page:
