The University of Denver has a small modem pool for faculty, staff, and students.  A total of 69, 56k modems are available.  There are no plans to upgrade the current technology, so if you desire a faster, more reliable connection we recommend you get an outside Internet Service Provider (ISP).  If you would like information on choosing an outside ISP, please visit our site on Choosing an Internet Service Provider.

In order to connect to the DU network from off campus, you need: an installed modem card or external modem, a phone cord, and access to a phone jack and your DU ID (number beginning with 87) and PIN. To determine your DU ID and PIN, please access the following page:

To configure your computer to dial into the DU modem pool, please select from one of the following:
