Change Your Passcode

Safeguarding your passcode is essential. Here are some tips to keep your passcode secure:

• NEVER give your passcode to anyone
• Choose a secure passcode you can remember
• Make your passcode difficult for others to guess
• DO NOT change your passcode because you received an email claiming to be your systems administrator or other IT person

WebCentral passcodes must be at least 8 characters or longer and must contain both letters and numbers. To change your WebCentral passcode via the Internet, please go to WebCentral > My Account > Passcode.

CAIR\ or DU\ domain passcodes must be at least 8 characters or longer. To change your CAIR\ or DU\ domain passcode via the Internet, please go to the WebOutlook > Options > Change Password

If you experience trouble while attempting to change your passcode, please contact the UTS HelpCenter at 303.871.4700 and request for a reset. Passcode changes cannot be facilitated via email.
